Responsible entity and scope
Bright Table Notes is published for Good Deeds N Good Times TTP. This policy covers the Android package org.gooddeedsngoodtimesttp.brighttablenotes and its local educational features.
What the app does
The app provides 35 offline educational cards, a fixed-choice Pocket Plan, Gathering Kit, Reflection Tiles, official-source notes, About information, and privacy controls. It does not provide aid matching, live schedules, eligibility decisions, donations, or emergency response.
Local app state
The app may store selected module IDs, fixed-choice planning options, a featured-card position, completed gathering checks, and fixed reflection choices in Android SharedPreferences on this device.
Purpose of local processing
Local state restores the user's Pocket Plan, saved choices, learning position, and checklists. It is not used to identify, profile, rank, advertise to, or contact a person.
Information not collected
The app does not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, video, health information, allergy profiles, household information, payment data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or free-text stories.
Permissions
The app requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, storage, notification, health, accessibility, or other sensitive Android permission.
Accounts, ads, analytics, and SDKs
There is no account, login, advertising, analytics, telemetry, third-party crash reporter, social SDK, cloud SDK, payment SDK, or tracking library.
Network behavior
The Android app works offline and does not transmit app state to the publisher or a third party. Source addresses are reference text; the app does not use an embedded browser or send requests to them.
Sharing and sale
Because the app does not transmit user or device data, it does not sell or share that data with advertisers, data brokers, service providers, government entities, or other organizations.
External sources and contacts
Official-source titles and addresses are informational. If a user independently visits a website or contacts a service outside the app, that third party's terms and privacy practices apply.
Children and family safety
The app is intended as adult community-volunteer education and is not designed for direct use by children. It has no chat, public profiles, uploads, location sharing, adult-minor messaging, targeted advertising, or child-directed engagement mechanics.
Food, health, and emergency limits
Food-care cards provide general education and cannot inspect food or guarantee safety. The app is not medical or nutrition treatment, a medical device, professional advice, official inspection, crisis care, or emergency response. Verify current guidance and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
Retention
Local selections remain on the device until the user changes them, uses an erase control, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. The publisher has no server copy.
Deletion controls
Pocket Plan includes Erase Pocket Plan. Reference Cabinet includes Erase All Local Data. Android system settings can also clear app storage, and uninstalling removes app-local state.
Account deletion
Account deletion is not applicable because the app does not create or maintain user accounts or server-side profiles.
Security, backup, and transfer
Local state is protected by Android's application sandbox. App backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled. No security method is absolute, so users should protect the device and operating system.
Choices and policy changes
Users may read the library without saving a Pocket Plan and may erase local state at any time. A material behavior change requires corresponding updates to the app, public policy, Play listing, and Data Safety answers.
Privacy and support contact
For privacy or support questions, use the developer contact displayed on the current Google Play listing or the Support page on the deployed Bright Table Notes policy site.
